This new product from the Security BOX range gives complete protection against unauthorized persons trying to access your data.
You configure the security rules for your workgroup platforms at the level you choose (document library, folder or subfolder)


How it works

Bearing very many similarities to the Security BOX Team, only authorized users (defined as owners) are entitled to create security rules. Each owner can then specify the employees entitled to access the owner’s work environment.
In order to guarantee the confidentiality of your data and the integrity of your dossiers, Security BOX for Microsoft® SharePoint® has a monitoring process to make sure that the security rules and policies associated with each dossier are being applied.
This system makes sure that no attacks have taken place, and can completely block off access to the system in the case of doubt. Moreover, this product has a number of very useful functions: security rule overlaps; removal of users no longer part of the workgroup; data encoding.


User interface

Developed to integrate completely with your SharePoint architecture, users are completely unaware of the product. Users with the necessary clearance can access the SharePoint library via their Explorer, Internet browser or directly by Microsoft office. The SharePoint interface remains unchanged for your employees; they keep working as before.
