Security BOX Mobile is a security solution for PDAs and Smartphones and is perfectly suited for the security requirements of mobile terminals.


This solution makes it possible to:

• Implement push mail functions securely
• Secure terminal data (PIM base and all terminal files) with a proven encryption algorithm: AES256.
• Secure SD providing for the secure increase memory capacity of the mobile devices
• Synchronise any company data through a VPN tunnel
• Check Bluetooth, Infrared and USB ports and reroute web streams via the VPN

From Version 3.0 upwards, Security BOX Mobile will have an EAL5+ certified microSD card to handle security on your phone as well as data exchanges with the company’s information system. Because of the microSD card, you are no longer dependent on the SIM card; For example, users can change their SIM card when abroad without in any way compromising the security of their mobile phone.


This solution is totally transparent for the user

The ergonomics of Security BOX Mobile provides it with an additional strong-point: the user is simply authenticated by entering his terminal PIN code. So he does not need to retain the additional password in order to secure his data: authentication takes place on the microSD card or on the terminal SIM card with a ((n) easy to remember) short code and has an unalterable failed attempts counter.
Once authenticated, the user has all of the functions of his terminal at his disposal, together with a high level of security.


Security BOX Mobile is compatible with Windows Mobile® and Windows phone

It is integrated into a secure infrastructure already used for protecting the sensitive data, should the mobile device be stolen. A centralised administration module makes it possible to manage and update the security policy of the company as a whole for all of these networked terminals, even at a distance.
